Thank you families for signing the assignment notebook!
Our third grade scholars are getting used to filling out the assignments and discussing how it went at home the next day.
The MAP testing is done! We worked so hard, and your scholars were proud of their efforts!
Father Jeff was in to visit us today for our religion class. The scholars were able to ask questions. Here are some facts we learned about our Father Jeff,
1. He absolutely LOVES being a priest (he has been a priest for 31 years).
2. He has great stories about his brother Rick to help us learn aobut Jesus or to have a great chuckle, as his brother is silly.
3. Father Jeff asks us to pray for Fathers Mike, Tim and himself for health and holiness to serve their flock well.
4. We learned two new prayers that involve Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Be sure to ask your son or daughter about them.
Gym:
If your scholar would like to, they have been invited to find a picture for a logo to be used to represent our class as being the class of the week.
It can be hand drawn, or emailed to myself or Mrs. White by Tuesday, September 27th.
