This week just flew by with so many fun activities!
Tuesday had us at Holary Rosary celebrating St. Francis of Assisi Day. We enjoyed a visit from Father Jeff as he blessed the photos, pictures and memories of our pets. This was very special to us!
We are almost finished with our poems entitles, "Summer's Leaving". We learned a lot about the stucture of the poem and how words can influence the feel of poems.
Friday we had a fun day in a science lab using our powers of observation to figure out how to separate pepper from salt with just a plastic spoon and a piece of wool. Your scholars thought outside the box and came up with a list of many other items that help separtate the pepper from the salt.
Next week is a short week: Wednesday the Milwaukee Police Department will have a representative speaking about Bullying. Saturday is the walk for our school! It will be a great time!
